This policy explains what personal data KRI8 collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect the minimum we need to run the academy and nothing more.
Who we are
KRI8 Trading Academy operates kri8.net and is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@kri8.net.
What we collect
When you send a reservation request we receive your full name, email address, phone number, chosen format and anything you write in the additional information field — as the contents of an email you send us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, subject and message.
Payment data
This website does not process payments and has no card fields. Reservations reach us as an ordinary email from your own mail app, and the course fee is arranged with you directly afterwards. We never see, collect or store card details.
Why we process it
To answer your reservation enquiry and manage your place on a cohort; to answer your questions; and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (your enrolment), our legitimate interest in running and communicating about the academy, your consent where you have given it, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Our email provider and our hosting and database providers, each only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enrolment and payment records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Contact messages are kept while we deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@kri8.net and we will respond.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work — such as your language preference and, for administrators, a login session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
