These terms apply to enrolment in the KRI8 Trading Academy and to use of kri8.net. By enrolling, you accept them.
What KRI8 provides
KRI8 provides Forex education. We teach how the market works and how traders approach it. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, signals, or any financial service requiring authorisation, and nothing in the course should be treated as a personal recommendation to trade.
Enrolment and payment
The course fee is €600 for the full four-week programme. Reservations are made by email and payment is arranged with us directly. Sending a reservation request does not reserve a place and does not count toward the physical cohort capacity — a place exists only once we have confirmed it with you.
Physical capacity
The physical cohort is limited to ten students. Places are allocated in the order they are confirmed. If the cohort fills before your place is confirmed, we will offer you an online place for the same cohort or a physical place in the next one, or refund you in full.
Online enrolment
Online enrolment has no capacity limit. Online students follow the same curriculum.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your enrolment up to seven days before the cohort start date for a full refund. After the cohort has started, fees are non-refundable, because the place cannot be resold. If KRI8 cancels or postpones a cohort, you will be offered a place in the next cohort or a full refund, at your choice.
Course materials
All course materials remain the intellectual property of KRI8 and are licensed to you for personal use only. They may not be recorded, copied, resold or redistributed.
No guarantee of results
KRI8 makes no representation that you will become profitable, recover your course fee, or achieve any particular outcome. Trading results depend on your own decisions, discipline and risk management. See the Risk Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KRI8 is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our educational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Kosovo.
